The Homebuyers Report and the Structural/Building Survey takes approximately 1.5 - 2 hours at the property. We can give a client a verbal overview of our findings by telephone immediately following our attendance at the property, the comprehensive written report would follow, usually within 3-5 days.

No, neither report offers a valuation. The homebuyers Report and Structural/Building Survey are directed towards the actual fabric of the property and the ancillary elements. However, our reports do include a cost of repairing any defects found.

| How am I assured that I will get a value for money Survey, and once I have got my Survey, what if I need further advice regarding the report? |
